Wellness with Water

Ai Chi Practice

Think slow, rounded, flowing movement and deep, cleansing breaths. Movement like a whale, an otter, a jellyfish, or kelp.

Ai Chi originated in Japan as a water-based healing practice with demonstrated impacts on client nervous system regulation and physical health.

Ai Chi is accessible for all levels of water-goers and takes place in warm and shallow water which reaches the neckline.

Hydropathy

Hydropathy is the practice of using water, in any form, whether immersed or dryland, to facilitate wellness. Blue Mind combines mineral, sensory, floating, journaling, movement, and ancestral lineage practices — as well as marine and land herbalism — to create beneficial patterns of study for program participants.
